Every true believer in Christ should prepare for the journey beyond this life, even when we don’t know when it will be. We all know that the journey must come, either at our death or at the coming of the Lord. We also know, if we are honest, it can come at any time, in the twinkling of an eye. We will all make the journey. We will all go to a place to be judged in God’s predetermined time, but only God’s elect children will continue making their journey to the gates of heaven. Only the ones who have been chosen since the foundations of the world will be welcomed into paradise (Ephesians 1:4). Make no mistake, only God’s chosen children will have a deep indescribable desire to prepare for the journey. It is our responsibility to help God’s children to prepare now. We should not take this responsibility lightly. Let us all roll up our sleeves and get to work. If you throw this article down and have no interest in preparing for the journey, then you will be most pitted amongst God’s creation and you will have a most difficult time proving your election. Living as Citizens of Heaven
Most every person is a citizen of their respective country with certain rights and privileges. Most of these citizenships are bequeathed at the time of birth. Some are seeking to change their citizenship while others are content with remaining as aliens in a foreign land. Either way, they pridefully assimilate into their new country expecting to receive all the same rights and privileges. Today I want to talk to you about a different kind of citizenship that can’t be earned or pridefully assimilated. This citizenship can only be given at the time of our rebirth or transformation in Christ. This glorious new citizenship is in heaven even while we reside as aliens upon the earth. Although technically we keep our citizenship on earth in our respective countries, we are no longer beholden to its ideology, its humanistic ideals, and its inclusiveness. There is a great difference between our heavenly citizenship and citizenship of the world. When true believers embrace their heavenly citizenship, then they embrace the ideology and exclusiveness of the Kingdom of God and are not beholden to the dictates of their respective countries, which are diametrically opposed. A Prayer for Ukraine
I have already written one prophecy as the invasion began into Ukraine and have prayed privately. Now, I believe God is opening a door to pray publicly for the people of Ukraine. I join the rest of the world in being heartbroken for all the people and especially for the children who are suffering. I lift my voice to heaven and ask our Heavenly Father to protect the innocent and especially His beloved children who have been caught up in this tragedy. We pray, Oh Lord, that you will not allow the invading armies to go any further than what’s been predetermined. If it’s only a land bridge that they seek from the Black Sea to Belarus, then stop them, Oh Lord, from proceeding any further. We pray that this horrific war will not harden the Ukrainian people but will cause them to humble themselves before you, the God of Creation. We pray, Oh Lord, that you will be quick to forgive their trespasses and deliver them from the grip of their enemy, both seen and unseen. We pray that you will allow the Ukrainian people to settle peacefully in the Western half of the country. We pray that you will mercifully protect them from any further incursions of the enemy. We pray, that their strong spirit will be a great light to every country in Europe that has mostly turned away from you. Allow the Ukrainian people to be our rear guard from all the Kings in the East. Finally, Oh Lord, we pray for a great blessing upon these people as they turn back to you in faith and obedience to all of your commandments. How can we overcome great suffering in this world victoriously? How can we stand firm in a world that’s shaking violently? As the entire world has its eyes transfixed on the possibility of nuclear war, the fear of global warming, and the destruction of democracies due to inherent corruption, they are missing the sudden rise in major earthquakes around the world. They are missing the destabilization of world governments, the rise of disenfranchised people that are rioting in the streets, and the crumbling foundations of all religions, especially Christianity. They are missing the tactics of Satan to destroy God’s children by stripping them of their eternal hope, heighten their fear of the unknown, and to embrace their own selfish interests.
