Progression of Biblical Prophecy a Tribute to Earth Day

At what rate is Biblical Prophecy being fulfilled is the biggest question occupying the mind of religious man. From the first century until now every generation believed theirs was the last, and rightly so, because it was written in such a way that every successive generation would prepare for Christ’s return. To deal with the world-wide plagues and catastrophic disaster’s in the book of Revelation most have either put them during a seven-year period of the Great Tribulation (either before or after the rapture) or have simply spiritualized the events. To choose the latter would dismiss the wrath of God, and to choose the former would not allow for the natural unfolding of events, but see them all unfolding at an alarming rate, sending the world’s population into panic and extreme shock. On the other hand, what if we interpreted it beyond the confines of a seven-year period where all the Biblical prophecies are being naturally unfolded over a longer period of time that stretches from the first century until all is fulfilled. Four Most Horrifying Words

What a glorious day that will be at the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but for some it will not be so glorious. The unbelieving world will cower in their caves crying out to the rocks to fall upon them and hide them from the coming Lord and His wrath. (See Revelation 6:16-17). On the other hand, all those who claimed to believe in Christ will be awakened at an hour they did not expect and will rush out to meet the Lord with glad tidings in their heart thinking all is well. They all without exception had become drowsy and fell asleep, because the promise of His coming had been for a very long time. To this date its been nearly two thousand years since the promise was first given to His disciples. Perhaps the great missionary efforts had ceased and revivals had become a relic of the past replaced with conferences geared to a favorite doctrine. Even one on one evangelism was frowned upon my most for being too exclusive. It appears that the entire church drifted off to sleep and was only now awakened at the news of Christ’s return, which no doubt caused much panic among all to let their light shine in a very dark world as they all rushed to meet the bridegroom. Armageddon and God’s Wrath

Armageddon is no doubt one of the most popular subjects among modern day prophets churning out different prophecies at the speed of light creating ever more confusion among God’s blessed children. I am also including the topic of God’s wrath along with our discussion of Armageddon to help us truly understand God’s dealing with fallen humanity and the war that will end all wars. To fully understand the wrath of God we must allow all of God’s Word to speak to us. There is a wrath that is being poured out on all ungodliness since the First Century. This wrath of God is different in nature in that God simply allows an individual to sink deeper and deeper into the consequences of their own sin. This wrath is explained in detail in Romans 1:18-32 (you may want to take a moment and read these verses before proceeding). We see God letting mankind go three specific times to illustrate that at each point, as man’s depravity increases, his consequences are also increased significantly. God gave them up to their sinful desires; He gave them over to their shameful lusts; and, He gave them over to a depraved mind. As children of light we are not surprised that many countries in the world have now approved same sex marriages sinking deeper into shameful lust and a depraved mind. We should not be surprised at the increase in all manner of wickedness which is driving more people to secular counseling and psychiatric drugs to help them cope with the consequences of their sin. ISIS Linchpin to the NWO (World War III in Piecemeal)

The entire world is still horrified by yet another tragedy in Paris. Through their investigation and the Islamic State’s own admission of this act of terror it has caused a universal outpouring of sentiment and solidarity with the people of France. It is uniting the entire world together in a common cause of rooting out this terrorist organization founded on religious radicalized fundamentalism. Pope Francis declared, “Paris attacks were part of a ‘piecemeal Third World War.” And for once I agree with the Pope, for this is the start of World War III, but only in piecemeal. One step at a time all religious radicalized fundamentalism will have war waged upon it by the entire world. But how this will be a piecemeal of World War III is even more telling. The Last Hour

Why is there such a need to know? Are we any different than Christ’s first disciples who peppered Him with questions about the end of all things? The office of the prophetic has always been and always will be popular among God’s people. Human nature dictates it. This is witnessed by many allowing their vain imagination to take root and blossom forth heretical predictions. Charts, maps, and prophetic scenarios have become man’s folly leading to even greater confusion among Christ’s followers. As we stand on the precipice of time and eternity who can be trusted to speak the truth? Jesus Christ who is the beginning and the end, the Alpha and Omega spoke clearly then and He speaks clearly now. From Matthew 24 to the writings to the Thessalonians to the writings by the Apostle Peter to the Revelation it is remarkable that in each age from the First Century until now God’s children could see unfolding events in their life match that of Holy Scripture. Indeed Jesus Christ is the Spirit of prophecy in any age. Those living in the first and second centuries of Christianity would need no convincing that they lived during the Great Tribulation from whence people were coming. (See Revelation 7:13-14) To them Caesar was the Beast who was killing Christians by the thousands for claiming Christ as their eternal King and unwilling to offer incense to him as a god. Those living under the tyranny of the early popes needed no convincing that the pope was the Beast. Nor did they need convincing that his persecution of those who followed Holy Scripture alone had cast them into the midst of the Great Tribulation. Those living at the time of Napoleon Bonaparte or Hitler needed no convincing that they were living in the last days under the heel of the Antichrist himself. Even today many don’t need convincing that the current administration in this country or others could produce a world ruler and the dreaded Antichrist causing all to take the mark of the beast.
