“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God” (Matthew 15:9).
Blessed are the peacemakers who work for peace in a world ravaged by hate, division, and war. Today we will talk about true peace that can bring all parties to the table. True peace is much more than the cessation of hostilities. True peace reaches the soul and heart of humanity. It will open the vestiges of a new world governed by a sense of right and wrong. True peace will need to move beyond the limitations of the current world order that’s being controlled by the powers of darkness. True peace in the world will open up possibilities beyond our wildest imagination, although this world peace will never be realized by allowing the powers of darkness to influence all of our thinking and decision-making. We must return to the original model instituted for humanity; a model instituted in the beginning by the God of creation. There are many different models introduced to humanity over the last few hundred years that have allowed humanity to stray further from the truth about God’s created order of things. All the statutes and guidelines given to humanity have been slowly and methodically eradicated by the powers of darkness. We have gone so far as to remove the Ten Commandments from all the schools of public education in this country. Continue reading Blessed are the Peacemakers
To understand this topic we must look at the big picture. To get stuck on the particulars of gun control and the heated debate between two opposing sides on the issue will shed little light on things to come. For the Christian he must always look at the big picture to truly understand what humanity is trying to accomplish apart from God. Furthermore, we must never underestimate the intelligence of those in power to achieve the established goal of the evil one who directs their every action. His minions in world leadership will work feverishly toward garnering public opinion through mass media and the charisma of public servants to unveil his plans step by step until they have ushered in a new world without God. Many leaders in times past have attempted to fulfill this vision of a new world by confiscating guns from its citizens, but were overpowered by the forces of righteousness. So what makes our time different? Simply put, the forces of righteousness have greatly diminished with the increase of gross immorality, a mass media that has become experts at shaping public opinion, and a movie industry that has been preparing humanity for years, for a new world free of capitalist and the enslavement of an unseen deity. We will see how this new world will eventually lead to gun confiscation, the enslavement of humanity and the fulfillment of biblical prophecy. Continue reading Gun Confiscation a Coming Reality
Most Christians will not be persecuted. It’s really quite simple; if Satan has won your heart and allegiance then there is no reason to persecute you. If he has you trusting in his counsel and psychiatric drugs then he has already won your allegiance. If has you accepting other world religions as equal to yours then he has already won your heart. If he has you making room in your faith for homosexuals, the transgender, and every other perversion then he has already won your allegiance and there will be no need to persecute you. I am afraid in the end, there will only be a small minority or faithful remnant, who will not defy the faith, but accept persecution, if captured by those in power. It is essential to see that Christian persecution is not being led forth in all glory with a bleacher full of fellow believers rooting for you and encouraging you to stand firm. Although if one pulled back the spiritual veil you would see a great cloud of witnesses doing just that, but here upon the earth I am afraid it will be much more sinister. I believe that most of us have no idea what it feels like to be treated like a criminal. Most of us would not want to even imagine it, but we must seriously think about it. Don’t think for a minute that Christian persecution is anything different than being treated like a criminal. Christians since the beginning have been persecuted not because they were nice loving people but because they were perceived to be criminals of the first order. We have seen this for two thousand years beginning with our Lord Jesus Christ who was arrested on the charges of blasphemy and accused of sedition against the Roman Empire for claiming to be a King. This was followed by the early Christians being accused of being cannibals for eating the flesh of Jesus and drinking His blood during their love feast. Then Rome justified their persecution by claiming that they were arsons, burning down a section of the city, which destroyed homes and businesses of their fellow citizens. As I have already written Christians were also persecuted on the charge of sedition for claiming to follow another King rather than Caesar as lord. Continue reading Christian Persecution
