We cannot magically turn Sodom and Gomorrah into a holy nation by electing new leaders. Wake up, dear children. We are still on the same path. The election results have not changed any hearts, it has not drawn anyone closer to the Lord. It may have driven fear into the other side. It may have given you some temporary joy and peace that things might be better, but it will not change the direction of this nation headed to the abyss unless it truly repents. As a watchman on the wall, it is his job to warn the people that they are headed to certain destruction, that they are still headed toward Armageddon, and that they will reap the consequences of a perverted nation that has turned its back on God. Nothing has changed. Abortions are still legal in most states claiming that life after conception doesn’t exist up to a certain week or month. They still teach little children, without the parent’s consent, that they can choose their own gender. They still allow perversions to be flaunted in the streets of America while people’s hearts drift further and farther away from their Holy God. Nothing has changed nor will it change until people are led to repent and trust in God exclusively. The heart must be changed and that cannot be accomplished through a political process. Spiritual Babylon Rides the Beast
At the initial writing of the book of Revelation, Babylon was considered to be Rome which ruled the nations in the world with great power, and the beast was considered to be a Roman emperor or Caesar. With the founding of the new world, America became the new seat of power in the world rivaling every other nation or kingdom to this day. It has attracted immigrants from around the world in search of prosperity and freedom to worship or believe as they wish. Although in the beginning, Christianity appeared to dominate the stage setting forth its new political agenda, it was not long before others coming would magnify their own voices in a free society. It was not long before America became a bright shining city sitting on a hill allowing the popular vote to set the agenda for both beliefs and practices. It was not long before the city, spiritual Babylon, was riding the beast allowing it to take them wherever it wanted to go. The woman riding the Beast was Mystery Babylon, later described as the great city (Revelation 17:4-5;18). The beast through the guise of a free and democratic process was setting the agenda and leading the entire population to sin against Almighty God. A Blessing to Flee Bondage Now
In the Last Days following the Shepherd of our souls has become increasingly difficult for most people who call upon the Name of Jesus Christ. The Good Shepherd has been leading His children, for some time now, to come out from the world and be separate (Revelation 18:4-5). Unbeknown to most, the closer we get to the End the more difficult it has become. Regrettably, this difficulty has not only left His people in bondage to the world, but it has also caused them to miss the greatest blessings beyond imagination. First, we will examine the difficulty of coming out from the world and the extent of the bondage that will ultimately lead to destruction. Then, secondly, we will discuss the great blessings of taking the first steps in resisting the world and coming out of bondage. The further you come out of the world, the more you will experience blessings beyond imagination as you follow only the Good Shepherd of your soul, Jesus Christ. Brown Shirts and Lukewarm Christianity
Historically speaking both terms, brown shirts and lukewarm Christianity, have been used to describe a very dark period in the past with an astonishing relevance for today. The last Church to be described in the Book of Revelation had a very unique problem. They were neither hot nor cold, so Jesus Christ described them as being lukewarm. These end-time Christians held tightly to their professed religious doctrines but at the same time embraced many of the teachings from the world, which took precedence. These worldly beliefs could easily sway their behavior towards immorality willing to strike out violently at anyone who would disagree. In their hearts, they believed that they were Christians following the chosen path but in their actions they believed that they were on a higher path toward bringing renewal to a world or country that had lost its way. The match that lit the fire was believing that they were the only ones who possessed the truth, believing that everyone else must be false prophets or working for the enemy. This attitude of always being correct, even with known conspiracy theories, not only divides a nation, but it sends a very sharp blade right down the very heart of Christianity. The Strength of Satan’s Hold
The strength of Satan’s hold on humanity, especially among young people is both terrifying and unimaginable. It is unimaginable because most cannot fathom it and it’s terrifying because it divides all of humanity. You might think that the most notable division is between the West and the East. Well, it goes much deeper than that, you truly have the Western world and the newly formed Eastern alliance, but the division we are looking for is those who follow Jesus Christ exclusively and those who are easily led astray by the political and religious powers of our day. Although these strong political powers are in league with religious groups to appear righteous, they primarily sway the masses through political persuasion. Their religious ploy is to make them appear righteous, which effectively covers up their extreme lawlessness in the eyes of their followers. Only Satan could wield such great power over the masses making them believe that they are following righteousness when all along they are following the powers of darkness and the soon-revealed Antichrist. This is the real division that is separating nations, churches, political parties, and families. This tragic separation will continue to the end bringing unbelievable heartache.
