My greatest desire is to think God’s thoughts after Him. Our minds are so cluttered with the thoughts of the world, receiving new information at the speed of light, it’s most difficult to even hear only God’s thoughts. So, the process must begin with emptying our minds of meaningless thoughts that are casting us in one direction, then another. We must stop the endless flow of information coming in from the world. These thoughts come from many different sources. They come from Television to 24-hour cable news, and from social media to everyone expressing their own opinion. This information comes from books of so-called higher learning to endless searches on the internet, and from the latest popular videos to artificial intelligence, all who claim to have the answers to man’s dilemma. We are living in a sea of information filling our minds with scientific and expert information that’s constantly changing. We can’t all become monks and withdraw completely from the world, but we can be more selective to the point of cutting back ninety percent of the information flow. Although this would empty our minds of volumes of meaningless, contradictory, and changing information, it would not completely solve the problem. Vain imaginations would quickly take root prodded by the powers of darkness. Continue reading Thinking God’s Thoughts After Him

Antichrist Spirit is Waging War With Christians
This is a prophetic alert that must be adhered to by everyone who claims to know Jesus Christ as their Savior. The war is real. It is a spiritual war being waged by the Antichrist spirit and the powers of darkness that has real-world consequences. This war will affect all of humanity and especially God’s children both physically and spiritually. The Bible says, “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations” (Revelation 13:7). The war is real. It’s happening now. This spiritual war overcoming many Christians today can be readily observed in the great falling away (II Thessalonians 2:3). Christian denominations have been splintering for many years over a favorite doctrine or the divisive nature of some members but this pales in comparison to what’s happening now. Whole denominations are splitting over the acceptance of false doctrines or the abominable teachings of the Antichrist spirit. Many Methodist churches split off from the main body because they wanted to embrace those in the homosexual movement, inviting them to be a part of their community. Lines have been drawn, churches have been destroyed, and many believers have been cast back into the world. Continue reading Antichrist Spirit is Waging War With Christians
Living as Citizens of Heaven
Most every person is a citizen of their respective country with certain rights and privileges. Most of these citizenships are bequeathed at the time of birth. Some are seeking to change their citizenship while others are content with remaining as aliens in a foreign land. Either way, they pridefully assimilate into their new country expecting to receive all the same rights and privileges. Today I want to talk to you about a different kind of citizenship that can’t be earned or pridefully assimilated. This citizenship can only be given at the time of our rebirth or transformation in Christ. This glorious new citizenship is in heaven even while we reside as aliens upon the earth. Although technically we keep our citizenship on earth in our respective countries, we are no longer beholden to its ideology, its humanistic ideals, and its inclusiveness. There is a great difference between our heavenly citizenship and citizenship of the world. When true believers embrace their heavenly citizenship, then they embrace the ideology and exclusiveness of the Kingdom of God and are not beholden to the dictates of their respective countries, which are diametrically opposed. However, this is not what we see in the modern day. Many Christians are beholden to the dictates of their respective countries. Continue reading Living as Citizens of Heaven
When the Witness Stops Witnessing (Video)
Let me remind you that the testimony of the witnesses is so strong it’s like fire coming forth from their mouth to destroy the arguments of those who come against them (Revelation 11:5). Their testimony is like our testimony, which is what Jesus Christ has done for us. The Bible says that there is great power in the message of the Cross and specifically our testimony (I Corinthians 1:18). When the Witness Stops Witnessing
Our testimony says, before Christ, there was an emptiness that could not be explained. No matter how hard we worked to fill this emptiness in our lives, we could not. Before Christ, even the right we knew to do was very difficult causing us untold problems. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). The Good News is everything changed when we believed what Christ did for us on the Cross. All our sins were placed upon Christ as He took our place and paid the penalty for our transgressions. He died for our sins and was buried for three days in a tomb. On the third day, Christ rose from the dead and is now seated in Heaven making intercession for our sins. Our faith in the resurrection of Christ gives us a brand-new life in Christ where old things truly pass away. This new life fills our emptiness with the indwelling Spirit and gives us power over the old sin nature. In time we are also filled with an amazing joy and a peace that defies understanding. Our testimony has great power to those who are willing to listen. This is our testimony. Continue reading When the Witness Stops Witnessing
