Obama’s Choice

How concerned should we be about the instability in the Middle East? How involved should we be in the civil war between the two religious sects of Islam? Since the fall of the Ottoman Empire Islam has progressed along a sectarian divide of Sunni and Shea Muslims. The former receiving the majority of adherents globally and producing the Muslim Brotherhood, Al-Qaeda, and Osama Bin Laden, whereas the later is predominantly in Iraq, Iran, Hezbollah, and the leadership of Syria. Is it right for the world or this country in particular to judge which group is more humane? Is it possible to determine which sect fits better into the social-economic fabric of the New World Order? Can one person essentially stand alone amongst the Western powers and make this choice for the rest of humanity? Yet, it appears that we have such a person in Barack Obama willing to pledge the resources of this county to a so called protracted war. Is it possible to judge between two groups where one side supposedly used chemical weapons upon the defenseless and the opposing group burns churches, beheads their opponents, and eats their inner organs? What is the objective of this intelligent person? Can he say that one group would be more tolerant toward Christianity than the other? No, I am afraid that he is not really concerned about Christianity but is more concerned about building his New World Order with the Muslim who can best contribute financially. I will never forget the image of our President bowing to the Sunni Prince of Saudi Arabia. Clearly the choice has been made while most Americans have slept. Continue reading Obama’s Choice
