The Third Step to Transformation in Christ is Love (Video)

We have seen in the last article in the series transformation in Christ that understanding and using our unique Spiritual gifts was the second step. Now as God’s Word says, “But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way” (I Corinthians 12:31). Of course, that most excellent way is both a Spiritual gift and a fruit of the Spirit, which I am calling our third step to transformation in Christ. The Third Step to Transformation in Christ is Love

This is the gift that opens the floodgates of Heaven because true love comes from God. Let’s be clear right in the beginning, we cannot conjure up this love. It either comes from God or it’s not true love. God is Love. His greatest desire is to love His creation. In fact, the miracle is He chooses to love others through us. We simply cannot out love God. Do you really want to feel God’s love then allow His love to flow through you to others? This is your next step to transformation in Christ.

Before that happens, we need to look beyond the mask that others wear. Yes, everyone wears a mask. We need to look beyond our judgment that’s often shaped by an evil world. We need to look beyond the race or the color. When all those lenses are removed, and we truly look at the heart of the other individual something miraculously happens. We actually see them for the first time. We see the precious child inside. Only then can we truly love them or allow God to love them through us. I am compelled to say something good about social media (well at least one good thing). People often don’t show their most updated photo instead they share a photo of a young beautiful person or no photo at all, because they believe others will more readily accept them. Well, that’s the way our love works we must learn to look beyond the rough or aged exterior of the other person. For the world, this is nearly impossible to do, but for those who are being transformed in Christ, we see the miracle of looking beyond the face and the outward behavior to the heart of the other individual.

This love is the gift that keeps giving even in the face of rejection or open meanness and hostility. This is not a gushy or worldly kind of love. It is a strong powerful love that seeks the real needs of others. It says, “What can we do, Oh Lord, to really help this other person; what can we do to break down this barrier?” It may be hidden, but contrary to what they may say, everyone has a need. Everyone wants to be loved even if they don’t admit it. This true love from heaven passing through us will break down the emotional barriers of previous hurts or regrets. It is good to keep in mind that emotional problems have been known to cause physical problems and bad behavior. We will reach out and touch their heart with the love of God if we start to meet their real needs; not their felt needs, but their real needs. There is great power in love that keeps on giving without expecting anything in return, which is the definition of true love.

It’s impossible for the world to keep loving without expecting anything in return. They teach the 50/50 principle, or I will give what I can get in return. Or I will love you as long as I can get something out of it. When we love without ever expecting anything in return therein is its true power. A power so strong it can transform lives. This is the same love we receive from the Father. It’s the same love that He wants to love others with, through us. One of the miracles of our transformation is that we feel the great magnitude of His love for us. It’s a love that’s overflowing like liquid love covering every square inch of our bodies with tremendously powerful impulses. We simply cannot retain it. We must give it away to others, allowing His love to flow through us to others. Now here is another miracle, that I call the perfect triangle of love. As our love flows down from God on one side of the triangle it then flows horizontally to others who then returns the love back to God on the other side of the triangle. Praise God.

So if we are not expecting anything in return, what is love? To answer this question in one word it is “self-giving.” We learn how to give ourselves to others. Let’s say right here, very emphatically, this is not sexual. We must learn to give ourselves to others without the world’s definition of love. There is a time and place for sexuality but not to be covered in our discussion of self-giving love. We can start by asking the question how can our gifts, talents, abilities, and intellect make up for what’s lacking in others. How can we best meet their emotional, psychological and physical needs? Let me be clear, you will never learn their needs while you do all the talking. We must learn to listen, to really listen and if we do speak ask some thought-out questions that will help them to share their deepest concerns and problems. And then when we finally respond, we learn that we have compassion, not pity; that we demonstrate sincere kindness, not rudeness or being condescending; that we demonstrate true humility, not boasting or prideful, along with the many other beautiful traits described in God’s Holy Word.

Let’s also be clear that true love always tells the truth. It cannot lie in order to make or keep friends. It does not lie to cover-up their trespass. With love in our hearts, we feel compelled to speak the truth even if it momentarily hurts the other person. To point out their trespass and then help them to walk through it by repenting and seeking God’s forgiveness is the true measure of love. To overlook their trespass will not help them and is not true love. This is especially difficult when they attack you for pointing it out, which is in the nature of those living in the world. No one likes to be confronted with their sins. They will not receive lightly what you have to say, but if you say it in love with a sincere desire to see them rejoicing in forgiveness from God and a life free from their bondage of guilt it will help them to receive your love. Remember, God has called us to love one another which is our true path to transformation in Christ.

Finally, we cannot say that God is transforming us if we have not allowed His magnificent love to be perfected in us. The Bible says, “No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us” (I John 4:12). This love that is being perfected is the epitome of our transformation in Christ. Only those who are being truly transformed and walking in His love for others will have an impact upon the world. As the world grows darker by the day, the light of His love flowing through us will keep the world from being destroyed. All the marching and chanting will not change the darkness. All the Facebook post and videos will not change the darkness. All the complaining and changing of laws will not change the darkness. Only God’s beloved children who are being transformed in Christ exercising His powerful love for others will overcome the darkness and bring forth a marvelous light. Amen

Let me conclude by quoting in part from the great chapter of love. We all need to memorize these three little verses in the Bible allowing God to write them on our hearts. “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres” (I Corinthians 13:4-7). Dear children, please take the next step into transformation by allowing God to love others through you.

The Prophetic War Manual (Video)

The whole world is being conditioned to follow a certain path that promises an exciting future free from hunger, greed, a so-called religious imperialism and the enslavement of the old morality. It’s slated to introduce a brave new world of fading borders, mutual agreement among nations and a push towards space exploration. The whole world has been gradually conditioned for nearly sixty years now and those in future leadership are determined not to let their plans fail. This is one of the most important videos you will watch, please share with others.

The Prophetic War Manual

The whole world is being conditioned to follow a certain path that promises an exciting future free from hunger, greed, a so-called religious imperialism and the enslavement of the old morality. It’s slated to introduce a brave new world of fading borders, mutual agreement among nations and a push towards space exploration. The whole world has been gradually conditioned for nearly sixty years now and those in future leadership are determined not to let their plans fail. They will do whatever is necessary, even to the point of changing the history books and removing the monuments that remind us of past failures. Therefore, it’s essential that God’s true children understand what is ahead and how we must prepare now to stand firm and wage a different kind of holy war unlike the world has ever seen.

Let’s be clear the only way they can rationalize destroying the physical body is through false accusations. We must become repugnant in the eyes of the world. We must be so hated that they will rush toward us with great physical strength to destroy us from the face of the earth. How can we as God’s beloved children stand against these false accusations against our character? False accusations made mainly because they don’t want to accept our Christian morality? First, we will look at the effectiveness of God’s holy weapons in standing against our false accusers then we will learn together how to use these powerful weapons of righteousness. Let me be clear, if we attempt to use the weapons of this world we will fail. Some may side with us but ultimately, we will lose our credibility. We will lose the battle against the forces of evil. The moment we strike back with anger, frustration, hateful attacks, belittlement, or our own accusations cradled in an emotional outburst then we have lost. The moment we strike back twice as hard against our accusers, we will no longer have God standing by our side with all the power of the universe at our disposal.

On the other hand, we have a better example from the long line of Christians who suffered greatly for their faith, yet they stood firm and only used God’s holy weapons. The early Christians were accused of eating the body and drinking the blood of their leader. They were accused of cannibalism. They were falsely accused of burning a section of the great city of Rome. Later, in their history, they were accused of false doctrine and burned at the stake, sawed in two, drowned, decapitated, imprisoned, and tortured by the worse means possible. Yet, in all this, they maintained their Christian character and fought back with the holy weapons of God. Indeed the ancient saying is true, “the blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church.” The Apostle Paul also suffered the same fate through beatings, imprisonments, tumults from angry crowds, toils, sleepless nights, and hunger. However, the great Apostle persevered against his accusers by using the weapons of God.

The Bible says, “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ (II Corinthians 10:4-5).” God’s spiritual weapons will pull down strongholds by exposing the weakness of the very things that they are depending. It will lay bare the foolishness of their arguments, not with our wisdom and insight but by the mighty power of God through the indwelling Spirit. Our weapons will cast down the vain imaginations that exalts itself before the knowledge of God. It will expose that their arguments are built on nothing more than vain imaginations (learned talking points) taught to them by their liberal professors with no root or substance. If we allow God to work through us as we use his powerful weapons, then it will bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. Their minds will be changed. The battle will be won. We will soon discover that our weapons are mighty through God.

But how do these mighty Spiritual weapons operate? The Bible says, “By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left” (II Corinthians 6:6-7).” Putting this verse in its fuller context the Apostle Paul also dealt with his fault finders and accusers, but he remained pure. Now, this is a hard thing to do when you are being railed against. However, our Christian character must remain intact. Every evil inclination must be jettisoned. Every thought of retaliation or striking back must be repented of and not allowed to change our demeanor in the slightest. What we can do is maintain our innocence by producing knowledge of who we are in Christ Jesus, by elaborating on what Christ has done for us, and by giving a detailed defense of our beliefs and Christian character. We must continue in long-suffering even as our accusers grow harsher in their threats, hostility, and character assassination. The early Christians did not retaliate in hateful rhetoric or cry out in an emotional outburst but remained steadfast in good Christian character. Even in today’s world we have a great many witnesses of Christians silently bowing their head to be decapitated or suffering all manner of abuse and torment while keeping their Christian character intact.

What we have seen thus far is our defensive weapons, now we turn to the offensive weapons. Weapons that will win the day for Christ, that will safeguard our Christian character. As a Christian we demonstrate kindness toward our accuser. We attempt to feel the way they do with both empathy and compassion for their fallen state. We try to understand what they are going through and if they feel threatened by our Christianity. It is recorded in Christian history where the Christians being persecuted through true kindness brought tears of regret and even repentance from their persecutor. In sincere-kindness from our hearts we too can attempt to turn the tables with God’s help of the Holy Spirit directing us and bringing conviction to our accusers. Remember the words of Jesus who said, “But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak” (Matthew 10:19).

This kindness is coupled with love unfeigned. This is a sincere love from the heart. Yes, we can love our accusers and persecutors. With God all things are possible. Hopefully, you have seen so far how opposite this is of the world. Instead of retaliating we turn the other cheek, we go the extra mile, learning in the process how to love our accusers, always hoping and praying that they will come to the truth. Before they come to the truth, they need to hear it. Not with hell and brimstone, but with a sincere love and kindness. We must learn to speak the truth in love. When we do, it will be with the power of God. To do so is our true armor of God, our armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left. Dear friends, truth has great power to really turn things around. The devil always speaks lies and the only way that we can stand against him and his followers is to speak the truth, the whole truth. It is the only thing that will break the shackles off those caught in captivity of the evil one.

Dear children, a time is coming when we may not have the backing of the established order. The other side is already saying that they have a long memory. They know that we have stood shoulder to shoulder with the right. They will remember. We must prepare now to stand firm, fighting only with God’s holy weapons. It is the only thing that will keep our Christian character intact and our message relevant. Let me encourage you to begin today practicing the truths in this little “Prophetic War Manual” direct from God’s Word so that you will be ready when the time comes. Let me say it again, the time will come when Christians will be singled out and held accountable for the failure of the New World Order to implement its plans to stop Global Warming and the progression of its liberal agenda. In the eyes of the world, we will be seen as haters of humanity and its survivability. We must stand firm and wage this new holy war in the Name of Christ. I will leave you with these encouraging words from our Lord, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).

Use Your Gifts, Our Second Step to Transformation (Video)

The Bible says, “Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant” (I Corinthians 12:1). Yet, we live in a day when most Christians, even those who claim to be mature, are ignorant concerning spiritual gifts. Unfortunately, this ignorance is a choice in the lukewarm church. They purposely chose to ignore the Spiritual gifts because of the many abuses and the inclination for pride among those who claim to use them. So, instead of picking out the Spiritual gifts that have less controversy they throw out the whole lot. After watching this video on my secure website, please share with others.
