When did we stop trusting God? When did we stop trusting Him to really make us into a new creation and then to grow us from one degree of glory to another (See II Corinthians 5:17; 3:18)? When did we stop trusting God? When did we stop trusting Him to really make us into a new creation and then to grow us from one degree of glory to another (See II Corinthians 5:17; 3:18)? Perhaps it all started when the world turned its back on God and then discovered very quickly that humanity was in trouble. Why were they in trouble? There was no longer a moral anchor and humanity began to drift into a greater sea of immorality. Many tried desperately to reign in terror and gross immorality with new laws and mandates, but everything failed. As churches emptied and immorality increased fallen humanity needed a solution and they needed it quick. So, in time they resurrected some old theories of a pagan writer who lived a few centuries earlier; someone who thought he understood human nature. Then with the experimentation of new drugs, seemingly to affect behavior, and this new science of mental health, then the art of modern psychology was born. So, humanity no longer needed God to direct their path and provide them a moral anchor, because a new quasi religion had arrived on the scene to solve all the problems of fallen humanity. So how does all this affect the lukewarm church? Continue reading The Lukewarm Church is Blinded by The World→
Most Christians will not be persecuted. It’s really quite simple; if Satan has won your heart and allegiance then there is no reason to persecute you. If he has you trusting in his counsel and psychiatric drugs then he has already won your allegiance. If has you accepting other world religions as equal to yours then he has already won your heart. If he has you making room in your faith for homosexuals, the transgender, and every other perversion then he has already won your allegiance and there will be no need to persecute you. I am afraid in the end, there will only be a small minority or faithful remnant, who will not defy the faith, but accept persecution, if captured by those in power. If I could think of just one word that would best describe the world in which we live it would be “deception.” From Facebook, to the local and international news, to the many blogs and YouTube videos the world is pouring our deception at the speed of light. To survive in today’s world it will be absolutely essential that we learn together how to uncloak the deception, which will be validated by the Holy Spirit dwelling in each one of us. Before uncloaking the deception we need to know just how powerful it is. It is so powerful that everyone on the planet that has not loved the truth so as to be saved will be deceived. It is said that it’s so powerful that if possible even the elect would be led astray. Now that’s powerful. It is written that God will add to this deception by sending a powerful delusion to all those who have refused to love the truth so that they will believe the lie. So to uncloak the deception we must love the truth. The truth has always been there and clearly delineated in His Word, but in these last days it’s lost to all those who have pushed God out of the way. Continue reading Uncloaking the Deception→
With Jade Helm in the South and now in other parts of the United States one can’t help wondering if that will affect the Christian and his conservative beliefs in Biblical morality. My Bible teaches me to reject homosexuality, abortion, psychiatric drug addiction, and many other sins accepted by our society and the current administration. With ISIS making threats to attack targets in the United States one can’t help wondering if Christians will be selected as soft targets. In such cases we may not get an opportunity to flee or fight back. With the coming New World Order Christians can’t help wondering if they will be persecuted for their faith and trust in God alone. Persecution in one manner or another is coming to those who claim to be Christian. So the question must be asked, where and when do we flee persecution? Before we answer that question it must be made very clear that under no circumstances does a Christian ever deny his or her faith if captured by the evil doer. In such cases the Christian may well suffer intense persecution that could lead to a ghastly death. Throughout Christian History up to the present day Christians have stood firmly in the face of their persecutors making the good confession and committing their life to Jesus. I have always taken comfort in the words of Jesus who said, “But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak” (Matthew 10:19), which shows me that Christ is right there with me going through the same sufferings.
