 Subject: “Making the Best Use of Our Time”

Good morning Heavenly Father. Thank you, Lord, for teaching us through the indwelling Spirit how to manage our time effectively or to have good time management. This is especially difficult for us when we have other people pulling us in one direction, then another. This is especially difficult when the days are so evil leading your beloved children to play one meaningless game after another or to be carried away by one form of entertainment after another. This is especially difficult when so many people are speaking and saying nothing useful but only trivial nonsense wasting the valuable time of your precious children. This is especially difficult when your children don’t have a clear direction from you on what they need to accomplish in their life because they are not properly listening to the indwelling Spirit. We pray that your children will slow down long enough to hear exactly what you are saying and precisely what they need to do to accomplish your will on earth. We pray that they will all experience the great joy that comes from having a truly productive day by exercising good time management. We pray this in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

“Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil” (Ephesians 5:15-16, ESV).

 Subject: “Help Us to Interpret the Signs Properly”

Good morning Heavenly Father. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for the many warning signs in life. Although some are simple and keep us from making bad decisions, others are much more serious. Although some signs deal with our own physical and spiritual well-being, we know that other signs are on a much larger scale and deal with all of society or the world at large. We pray that you will give us the wisdom to know how to interpret these signs. The wrong interpretation could lead simply to a loss of time, or it could lead to chaos, which in time could lead to total devastation of many souls. We pray, Oh Lord, that you always help us to interpret the signs properly. Clearly, it appears, that we must see all the signs in their fulfillment before we proclaim that you are at the gates. Until that happens, help us to continue doing what we have been called to do, to be a bright light to a world in darkness, to always demonstrate our selfless love to others, and to always have the gospel on our lips. We pray this in the Most Holy Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

“So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that he is near, at the very gates” (Mark 13:29).

 Subject: “Written on Our Hearts”

Good morning Heavenly Father. Forgive us, Father, when we fail to pick up all the pieces from your broken children that we have encountered. Although this is tragic, we know ultimately, we can’t put them all back together as they should, but you can. Yet, our hearts are still grieved that we could not make a bigger difference in their lives, to help them to overcome their many struggles in life, and to enjoy your company even more. We pray on bended knee, in the Spirit, asking you to lead us to speak only your blessed words that truly build up and encourage, to show them from your anointed word how to overcome their emotional and psychological problems, and to hold on to the amazing hope that you have given to us in Jesus Christ. We pray that you will help us to make every encounter, every word, and every action count toward helping your children to be all that you want them to be to the glory of God. We pray that your children will be a living testament to who we are in Christ. We pray this in the blessed Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

 Subject: “Search My Heart, Oh Lord”

Good morning Heavenly Father. Thank you, Lord, that when we kneel to pray in silence and solitude allowing you to search our hearts only then can we pray as we ought. For it is you alone that searches our hearts through the indwelling Spirit seeing things that are hidden in the deepest caverns of our soul, knowing every emotional and psychological struggle, knowing every hidden trespass, and uncovering things that have been hidden maybe for many years. When we kneel to pray then it is you alone that can direct our prayers so that we pray as we ought. As you bring all of this to our minds as we pray, they don’t all come in like a flood, but only those things that must be dealt with in prayer seeking both your direction and help. We pray that when your beloved children kneel to pray that they will allow you to search their hearts through the indwelling Spirit, which takes sincere meditation, then take heed to your amazing direction. For we know that when the Spirit intercedes according to the will of God it is not locked into the present time but looks beyond time itself to the future outcome. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

“And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God” (Romans 8:27).

Subject: “Precious Memories”

Good morning Heavenly Father. Lord, I love the early morning fog in Texas. It also reminds me of those foggy mornings on the California coast. Memories that will always be etched into our minds that brings thoughts of your abiding presence throughout the years. Thank you, Father, for the many precious memories that have our minds racing back to times when we know that we rested securely in the bosom of your love. Thank you, Lord, that you have always been there protecting us, guiding us along life’s narrow path. No matter what happens in the coming days, we have all confidence that you will always be with us, in the time of sickness, in the times of hardship, and even at the time of death. Thank you for your abiding presence now and for evermore. As the fog burns off later today, please, Oh Lord, let these precious memories remain to give us strength for another day. Although we may have been physically alone for some time now, we have not really been alone as we dwell in your abiding presence, adding to our precious memories. We pray this in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

 Subject: “We Shall Overcome By Applying the Truth”

Good morning Heavenly Father. “Darkness comes before the light,” has always been a truth that’s been passed on from one generation to the next. A truth as much about scientific fact as it is a hope for us who are facing our worst nightmares, the darkness of our times. We can only imagine how your first disciples must have felt as you lay in the grave. Today the whole world has been forced to join them and us in this period of darkness, as chaos and the continuing pandemics hang over our heads threatening to take more lives. Yet, it has been your people alone who have suffered from the beginning through every global and national tragedy as little more than sheep to be slaughtered. Unlike the world you, Oh Lord, have given us hope beyond the darkness and have given us hope beyond the grave. We pray today that no matter how much your precious children must suffer in this world from the darkest of calamities to the malicious attacks of the enemy, and persistent health issues, lead them to look beyond the darkness to the coming light. We will overcome by knowing and applying the truth. We pray this in blessed Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

 Subject: “Receive the Blessing”

Good morning Heavenly Father. As we enter our prayer closet, we are reminded of the anger and hostility in the world today that’s affecting everyone from the smallest to the greatest. The fallen human nature tells us that people must find fault with others to justify their anger and hostility. It’s amazing how easy this is, to find fault and make false accusations of others, especially with Christians. We know for your beloved children this should not be so for we always seek the good in everyone even when they come against us or do something we don’t like. You have also taught us how to deflect the anger and hostility of others by sincerely loving them which generates a tremendous blessing to us. We receive a twofold blessing. First, from not feeling the damaging effects of both emotional and physical problems caused from expressing our own anger. And secondly, we receive a tremendous blessing from having your magnificent love flow through us to others. We pray that all your beloved children would receive this blessing by deflecting hostility from others by expressing true agape love. We pray this in the blessed Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

“Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake” (Matthew 5:11).

 Subject: “Calling For Global Prayer”

Good morning Heavenly Father. Thank you, Lord, for opening our eyes to what’s really happening in the world. We don’t need to look under every rock or behind every tree to see what’s so visible for all of your beloved children. We don’t need to follow every conspiracy theory, political move, tariff hike, or trade war. Yes, Lord, we see all the so-called natural disasters such as the apocalyptic flooding, the increase in the number and severity of earthquakes, the larger and more destructive volcanoes, the many signs in the sky, gross immorality behind many closed doors, and the latest pestilence wreaking havoc upon the fallen world along with many other things missed by the pagan world. Yes, we see it all! We see the consequences of humanity’s sins. So, please Lord, lead all of your beloved children to true repentance, of even their secret sins. We pray that every true believer from around the world will lift up their voice in holy prayer at 7pm tonight, their local time, for one full uninterrupted hour asking for global conviction and repentance of the world’s many transgressions. Open humanity’s eyes, Oh Lord, and let them see that they are suffering greatly from the consequences of the world’s many sins. We pray, Father, that you lead all of humanity to fall on their knees now in confession, heartfelt repentance, and the acceptance of your Son, Jesus Christ, as the only true Savior of the world. Let our prayers shake the very foundations of the world. We pray this in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. Pass the word!

“And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand” (Revelation 8:4).
