Satan’s Surreptitious Drive to Globalization

Someone who has grown up in the West, and specifically in America, with certain inalienable rights along with the freedom to prosper financially with hard work and determination, is likely to find this article difficult to read. Any person who has fond memories of public education that always started with the pledge of allegiance to one nation under God and a prayer to the Christian God recognized by all, will find it difficult.  A person who grew up in quieter times with front porches, friendly neighbors, and big Sunday meals with the whole family around the same table is discovering that those days are now far behind us. Although we had our occasional hooligan, bomb shelters, and the civil rights movement, generally it was the best of times when the rest of the world seemed distant. Except for a few diplomats and some far-flung missionaries, most only saw foreign countries as a nice place to visit. Well, in the past sixty years everything has changed, not all at once, but one step at a time where most didn’t recognize it. Some, now, are beginning to wake up and wonder how did we get here? Have we entered a different reality that is literally pulling itself apart or is this Satan’s surreptitious drive to globalization? Continue reading Satan’s Surreptitious Drive to Globalization

On Which Truths Are You Willing to Die? (Video)

As we approach the end, we need to know, which truths we are willing to be persecuted for, even to death if necessary. We cannot wait until it happens before we decide. On Which Truths Are You Willing to Die?

As we approach the end, we need to know, which truths we are willing to be persecuted for, even to death if necessary. We cannot wait until it happens before we decide. Let’s be clear, your persecutors will typically give you an opportunity to recant of your strongly held beliefs and accept their false religion or heretical beliefs. If you refuse to recant then you will be hated, shunned, or persecuted. We must prepare now by being fully committed to what we believe in, knowing that it is the irrevocable truth from God’s Word. Moreover, our firmly held beliefs should have a direct correlation with our salvation and its process from beginning to end. If we don’t have a firm grip on what we believe, then it will be easy for Satan and his demonic host to lead us into error and eternal damnation. This will not be an exhaustive study of everything in which we as Christians should believe but will only examine the pillars of our belief system that must not be recanted of, even if we must face a cruel and untimely death. You will soon discover the three topics that will be discussed are already under attack by the unbelieving world. Continue reading On Which Truths Are You Willing to Die?

The Sword of the Spirit

Today’s article continues an eight week series on the armor of God. A very important part of being prepared spiritually for the “End Times” is being dressed in and utilizing the whole armor of God for Satan will be extremely powerful and even more deceptive because he knows that his time is short. The next piece of armor to be put on by the Christian soldier is the sword of the Spirit. This is the weapon that our Lord and Savior used against the devil in His wilderness temptations. Notice that the devil was the one who first quoted Old Testament scripture, which was then countered by Christ with another scripture. When Jesus Christ quoted scripture He shed light on the devil’s misinterpretation of God’s Word by putting it into its proper context. As we fast approach the end of days, many are coming out from the church, no longer resting under its authority and guidance for scriptural interpretation, which leaves many to interpret scripture as they feel led. The problem is who’s doing the leading, is it the Holy Spirit of God who leads us into all truth or is it the devil disguising himself as an angel of light? Continue reading The Sword of the Spirit

The Narrow Gate

Why would the way to life be so narrow? Why would so few find it? If there is a narrow way then there is also a broad way and it seems most in the world are on it. It’s really difficult to do things alone and most would prefer the company of others even if it leads in the wrong direction. Consider for a moment all the world religions where those born into that religion rarely leave it for another. To go against the clan, the community, or the nation’s faith would be unconscionable. So they continue on the broad way believing that all their neighbors and friends can’t be wrong. To even entertain there might be another way could bring reproach and reprimand from the family elders. Moreover, to choose another way could cause isolation, hostility or even death. There are still many religions that hold their people in bondage to the broad way giving credence to the missionary effort, but things are rapidly changing. Continue reading The Narrow Gate
