After many years in the pastoral ministry that required personal one on one discipleship, door to door evangelism, preaching, teaching, and counseling, it was a tremendous change to minister to a faceless audience in an online ministry, which took time to develop long-distance relationships. Back in 1998, the worldwide web was still in its infancy, and building a website was not the easiest task. I still have fond memories of my wife and I visiting an internet provider owned and operated by my oldest son, Jonathan. He had his full-time programmer
help me build my first website from scratch with no pre-made templates or WordPress. But how does one have a presence on the worldwide web? Google was a big help in those early days when they were still relatively new. We grew together on how to make one’s website easily searchable for as many people as possible, trying one promotional idea after another. In the beginning, our online ministry mainly consisted of writing blog articles, which was an easy task for I had spent many years writing out all of my weekly sermons as a fulltime pastor. His Woe is Coming Quickly!
Woe, woe, woe is a constant refrain that we hear in the last book of the Bible. When we read it, we think of God saying, “this is it!” Or saying, “this is the last straw for you have just passed over the proverbial red line.” This happened once before in biblical history when God raised His prophets of old to speak to the nation of Israel. God had warned His children for years that they had not kept His commandments, that they had followed after the disgusting immorality of their age. They had so integrated the world around them into their religious traditions and civic life, that they could no longer see their unrighteousness as filthy rags. Clearly, their sin had blinded them to their true condition before a Holy God. The Bible says, “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter” (Isaiah 5:20)! They had become so blind that they convinced themselves that they were correct in their beliefs. They were so convinced that their bad behavior was good, even in the eyes of God, that they would come out from among those who thought otherwise and fight against them with harsh words. Proof That The Great Tribulation Has Begun
No, I don’t think the world is going to end during the coming Super Wolf Blood Moon on Sunday, January 20, 2019. However, I do believe that we are entering a time of Jacob’s Trouble or the Great Tribulation. The Day of God’s wrath being poured out on all ungodliness has begun. No, we cannot stop it, but we can repent while we still have the opportunity and that window of opportunity is closing rapidly. More about that later. Dear children, do not let anyone distract you or fool you into believing that all of the world’s problems affecting humanity is simply caused by evil nations bent on our destruction, natural disasters, changing weather patterns or Global Warming. No, I will prove to you that it is caused by the hand of God pouring out His wrath on all ungodliness. His wrath is allowing mankind to sink deeper and deeper into the consequences of his own sins from destroying the planet and destroying the lives of others. This article will prove to be your final warning. I have been writing blog articles and books for the past twenty years to help God’s children stand firm during the coming Great Tribulation, but now it’s here.
