Seven Lies of the Devil – Part I

These seven lies of the devil is driving humanity further away from their creator and causing many of God’s children to stumble. This is the main cause of the great falling away in the Last Days before the revealing of the dreaded Antichrist. We will expose the lies by revealing the truth.

Labels, Labels, Labels

The devil loves labels. There are many popular labels like PTSD, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, fear, loneliness, and emotional brain fog. As a Biblical counselor for many years the most heart wrenching thing is to see the world’s counselors give their counselees a label. These labels describe their emotional and psychological problem by giving it a name and describing in detail their expected behavior problems both mentally and physically. Unfortunately, this gives them an excuse to act out their new problems diagnosed by the worlds counselors. Furthermore, the psychotropic drugs prescribed to their counselees often create additional problems keeping them locked into years of counseling and drug addiction. Lamentably, the fallen world seeks a label for their problems absolving them of any personal responsibility for overcoming their bad attitude and unacceptable behavior. I have written extensively about the “Silent Pandemic of Mental Illnesses,” which is the first woe in the Book of Revelation, which is a clear consequence for rejecting God’s ability to fix their problems. There is deliverance from this horrible lie of the devil by leading their counselees to Christ in faith believing that through repentance they will be delivered from this woe and that Christ alone will solve all their emotional and psychological problems by making them into a new creation. The most important thing about being a Christian counselor is helping people to overcome their problems, so that they can continue their spiritual growth and enjoy all the blessings of spiritual maturity. The Bible says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue” (II Peter 1:3). We must stop listening to the lies of the devil whose only desire is to give them a label to keep them trapped in their emotional and psychological problems for the rest of their lives. Stop listening to the devil. Continue reading Seven Lies of the Devil – Part I

Don’t Give Up on God

We are now clearly in the time of the falling away, especially in the West (II Thessalonians 2:3). I believe that many have simply given up on God. Perhaps they have forgotten or haven’t ever known that God loves them deeply. Perhaps with the discovery of the size and depth of space with its infinite distance, mankind feels that they are too small in the sight of God, or they feel insignificant. They ask candidly, “Does God believe in me?” With all the horrific pain in the world, many ask does God really care. They ask, “How can a loving God allow this tragic circumstance, happen to me?” Every day it gets tougher for humanity. Every day many wonder if they can make it another day as the world grows increasingly more dangerous from unchecked lawlessness to the threat of a nuclear war. Every day many experience the trauma of emotional and psychological problems. Every day many feel the brunt of the many different natural disasters destroying their homes, their livelihoods, and even their loved ones. Let’s be quite clear Satan, our old arch-enemy, wants us to give up on God. His one aim is to destroy your relationship with God. Continue reading Don’t Give Up on God

Why Do Bad Things Happen?

The question most asked, even by professed followers of Christ is, “Why do bad things happen to me?” That’s a great question. It is a question that’s been asked since the beginning of time. It is a question that has haunted humanity since the dawn of history. If you seriously want to know the answer, keep reading. This is a question that must be brought before the Lord in deep prayer and meditation, taking time to listen to His every word. We live in a day where the age-old understanding of fate has resurfaced, especially among the unbelievers. Unbelievers now espouse their senseless rhetoric, “That things just happen” solidifying their belief in fate. This is a belief that everything that happens is beyond our control, contrary to what we do or don’t do; if we are bad or good it makes no difference to the outcome. Although this kind of thinking may help them to accept the onslaught of bad things happening to them, it doesn’t answer the question. It only delays the inevitable, which often leads to stress, psychological trauma, mental illnesses, or something far worse, eternal separation from God. Continue reading Why Do Bad Things Happen?

Are You Fit for the Kingdom? (Video)

Jesus Christ stated that some people simply aren’t fit for the Kingdom. What? Yes, that’s correct! Until they change their way of thinking, they are not fit for the kingdom. This has proven to be a huge problem in today’s world. Many have come into the church without changing their way of thinking. They have come into the church and have expected, no demanded, that the church change its way of thinking to fit their interests and desires. After the video on my secure website, please share it with others.

Are You Fit for the Kingdom?

Jesus Christ stated that some people simply aren’t fit for the Kingdom. What? Yes, that’s correct! Until they change their way of thinking, they are not fit for the kingdom. This has proven to be a huge problem in today’s world. Many have come into the church without changing their way of thinking. They have come into the church and have expected, no demanded, that the church change its way of thinking to fit their interests and desires. They have memorized the Bible stories, some favorite verses of Scripture, learned many of their praise songs, and have learned well how to play church but have not changed their way of thinking. They have entered the church and have set their hands to the plough to do the Lord’s work in the kingdom, but they are not fit for the kingdom. Why? Let’s listen to the words of Jesus. “And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God” (Luke 9:62). So, looking back is the problem. That is, looking at their own interests, their own agenda, and their own expectations based on the humanistic knowledge of their previous life.
