Satan on a Short Leash

There is a lot of discussion these days about Satan. Nearly every Christian is complaining about their struggles with Satan. They are correct about one thing. Satan appears to be working overtime, as he knows his time is short. Most Christians believe that we are indeed living in the last of the Last Days. They don’t need to go far to come to this conclusion, all they need to do is look out their window. They say keep an eye on the wildlife and they can give you a whole new perspective of what’s going on with our environment. All wildlife tend to be the first to escape a worsening situation or simply disappear. Anyone with eyes to see, they have not missed the sudden disappearance of many of our wildlife including many of the smaller insects. If you venture away long enough from your cell phones, social media platforms, and virtual games you too will see what is happening. The Sun feels like it’s getting much hotter causing many to complain about being burnt or the brightness so intense that shelter is sought immediately. Although this is only the beginning, many believers are already casting blame in the wrong direction. We have all seen our share of devastating fires torching whole cities, and unimaginable weather patterns from golf-ball size hail to stronger hurricanes and from destructive tornadoes to massive flooding. We have also seen an increase in major earthquakes around the world, but through all of these so-called natural disasters, God’s children are still casting the blame in the wrong direction as we shall explain.

Furthermore, personal accidents seem to be off the charts as Hospital ERs are being overwhelmed. These personal accidents range from accidental falls or the proper operation of machinery to horrible miscalculations causing tragic automobile accidents. Again, we have many of God’s children casting the blame in the wrong direction, which we shall soon explain. We have all had our share of heated debates and arguments. We have all felt the searing burn from iron that was cast deep within our hearts. We have all felt the tension and the struggles of daily life especially when we run into an argumentative spirit or a soul who is no longer listening to God’s emphatic direction. Yes, in all this we have cast our blame in the wrong direction. With all these questions about where to cast that blame, there appears to be a new movement in the midst of us claiming everything is the cause of Satan as if he ruled the entire world. Although there is some truth to this statement, it only applies to non-believers who still rest under his control. For the true born-again Christian, Satan has no absolute control over our lives unless we totally ignore the teachings of the anointed Scriptures. Unfortunately, we are living in a day of lukewarm Christianity or in a day when believers refuse to grow up in Christ. Either way, they will experience the drama and the suffering of Satanic attacks.

If you are a lukewarm Christian then you have grown accustomed to integrating the world’s teachings with the teachings of the anointed Scriptures. These powerful teachings from the world, orchestrated by the powers of darkness, are readily available on all social media platforms, television, and YouTube. The danger of integrating the world’s teachings is it waters down the powerful teachings of God in the anointed Scriptures. When this happens it creates the lukewarm Christian and the believers who refuse to grow up in Christ. Again, when this happens then you unknowingly allow Satan to control and diminish your life through one horrific tragedy after another. Dear children, there is a better way. The Bible says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” (II Peter 1:3-4). This is a powerful word that says we don’t need to integrate the world’s teachings with God’s eternal wisdom because God knows the moment you do then you will either remain lukewarm or a “babe” unable to take solid food needed for Spiritual growth (Hebrews 5:11-6:3). Solid food goes well beyond just reading and quoting Scripture. We must apply the Word to our lives by being doers of the Word and not just hearers (James 1:22).

If you remain a lukewarm Christian or a babe unwilling to grow, then you allow the unknown spirits to interfere and control your life. So, you blame everything on Satan like you had nothing to do with it, but you did more than you are willing to recognize. If we grow up in Christ becoming doers of the word, then we will see the many things Satan can do to an immature believer, and we will also see the many things we can do through Spiritual growth that will repel Satan. We will in time recognize the areas that Satan is more prone to attack, like our unwillingness to forgive and forget. In fact, the Bible tells us to settle our disputes before we go to bed, because if we don’t then Satan will keep the trespass alive in our mind until a molehill becomes a mountain (Ephesians 4:26-27). Moreover, if you fail to truly forgive every trespass in your heart, then it puts you in a very dangerous position of not being forgiven by God, which can have horrific consequences. Dear children, as we grow up in Christ, we learn the many wiles of the devil and specifically how to keep Satan at a distance, unable to touch us any longer. Although Satan is a great quoter of the Bible, we too can quote it back to him in context as we follow only the anointed Scriptures. I have written extensively about this in my second published book, “Stand Firm, Godly Counsel for the Last Days” (consider getting a copy today from my bookstore).

Furthermore, if God is allowing Satan to attack you by causing you to question your salvation, or your ability to become all that God has destined you for, or question your worthiness, then we must ask God where we have failed. It may be a lack of faith in God’s abilities or some undisclosed secret sins that must be openly confessed. Stop blaming Satan for everything and look within. When you grow up in Christ becoming mature, by coming out of the world, and staying exclusively with God’s anointed word, which includes His 127 commandments in the New Testament, then you will no longer blame everything on Satan. Remember, it’s often our own behavior that allows Satan in our lives to do as he wills. If we follow God exclusively by allowing Him to grow us from one degree of glory to another, then we will truly see that God is in charge and in control of the entire universe. Satan cannot do anything without God allowing it, in the same way that God allowed Satan to test Job in the Old Testament (Job 1:6-12). On the other hand, there are many things in the world where God acts exclusively by sending one plague and woe after another to open the eyes of fallen humanity. Please dear children do not attribute these acts to Satan who is on a very short leash and not allowed to do anything without God’s permission.

As mature believers in Christ we know exactly how to deal with Satan even if we must first repent, then use God’s powerful words that say, “Begone Satan in the name of Christ,” which mature believers never make a show of but often do it under their breath. Remember, dear children, Satan is truly on a short leash held strongly by our Almighty God. This will give you a better understanding that God is truly in control of everything, which means if you grow up becoming all that God wants, then you will face nothing too difficult, and Satan will have nothing to do with you because you are always happy, happy in the Lord. And as far as the rest of fallen humanity, as mature believers, we must speak openly and boldly about how God is intensifying His wrath on this world. Yes, all those so-called natural disasters that we spoke of earlier must not be attributed to Satan or his powers of darkness. I have previously written about the seven trumpets, the three woes, and the final seven bowls of God’s wrath from the Book of Revelation to demonstrate God’s intervention into His world since the First Century. God is not oblivious to the current wars and the approaching global conflicts in the world. We must tell the fallen world that they are experiencing the consequences of their many sins and stop blaming everything on Satan. God is in control.

The Gospel Presentation

We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, which explains the many difficulties that you are currently facing in your life. Well, I have good news, God has solved that problem by sending His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, who was born of a virgin to show us the way to a beautiful new life in Christ. God has dealt with all of our sins past, present, and future by having His son pay the debt for our sins. Jesus Christ willingly went to the Cross in our stead by allowing all of the world’s sins to be placed upon Him as a sacrificial Lamb. As Christ hung on the Cross, the wrath of God was poured out on Him to pay the penalty for our sins. Jesus Christ died on the Cross and was buried for three days. On the third day, Christ arose from death to life everlasting. The good news is if we believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, then we will be forgiven for all of our sins and receive the Holy Spirit. The Spirit will lead us into all truth helping us in the transformation process of putting off the old life, allowing the old sin nature to die with Christ, and then putting on our new life in Christ by being raised with Christ to everlasting life. You can accept Christ today by confessing your sins to Him through a simple prayer asking Him to forgive you and make you into a new creation filled with the Holy Spirit. If you have done that, then you have just begun the greatest journey of your life that leads to heaven and eternal life. Welcome to the Kingdom.

God’s Will is Beyond Human Logic

Logic has become a popular term, in our day, that goes by many different names. It has become the culmination of acquired knowledge, and wisdom, and the result of many hours of research. It has also been referred to as a sixth sense, the receiving of a gut feeling, or the expression, “it makes sense.” Logic contrary to what we call it allows humanity to make their many choices in life, which is always a gamble that can cause tremendous suffering when wrong choices are made. Although we make hundreds of decisions every day, there are a few that could have profound consequences if the wrong decision is made. Unfortunately, those consequences are not always immediately observable as we see through a glass darkly, limited by time and space (I Corinthians 13:12). Most will do all their homework, run the numbers, and have even done their research. Still, for fallen humanity, it’s always a gamble. Granted, some of fallen humanity doesn’t even bother doing any kind of research but allows their felt needs to direct their choices in life, even if they know it’s wrong or costly. When humanity removes God from their decision-making or just pays Him lip service, then the consequences can be devastating. So, it’s essential to understand God’s will even if it’s beyond logic. Watchman on the Wall

We cannot magically turn Sodom and Gomorrah into a holy nation by electing new leaders. Wake up, dear children. We are still on the same path. The election results have not changed any hearts, it has not drawn anyone closer to the Lord. It may have driven fear into the other side. It may have given you some temporary joy and peace that things might be better, but it will not change the direction of this nation headed to the abyss unless it truly repents. As a watchman on the wall, it is his job to warn the people that they are headed to certain destruction, that they are still headed toward Armageddon, and that they will reap the consequences of a perverted nation that has turned its back on God. Nothing has changed. Abortions are still legal in most states claiming that life after conception doesn’t exist up to a certain week or month. They still teach little children, without the parent’s consent, that they can choose their own gender. They still allow perversions to be flaunted in the streets of America while people’s hearts drift further and farther away from their Holy God. Nothing has changed nor will it change until people are led to repent and trust in God exclusively. The heart must be changed and that cannot be accomplished through a political process. Humanity’s Last Prophetic Warning

Oh Lord, let this last prophecy sink deep into the hearts of all humanity contrary to their nationality, belief system, and even their standing on the world stage. Let it even open the eyes of the agnostic to see the majestic glory of your heavenly Kingdom as the ruler and Creator of all that exists. As we fast approach the end, time is running out for humanity. Over two thousand years ago the Revelation was given to the seven churches in Asia, which became a symbol for every church age (Revelation 2:1-3:22). We are now living in the age of the Lukewarm church, which has integrated the teachings of the world with the holy doctrines of Christianity. The whole Revelation is a dynamic prophecy written for every age from the First Century until now leading God’s children to be prepared for every age. Now, most believers in the church of the faithful remnant agree that this is the final age because almost the entire world has turned away from Jesus Christ as Lord. They no longer keep in step with the Spirit, but have integrated the teachings of psychology, other world religions, philosophies, and science leading them into every perversion and further away from God as their Creator. The Two Witnesses in Revelation (Video)

Most Christians are familiar with the two witnesses in the book of Revelation, even though they may prove to be an enigma. To help us understand their witness we need to listen to the angel that opened their eyes to the problem that will face the Church in each age from the First Century until now. The angel accomplished this by having the two witnesses do a couple of amazing things before they were allowed to witness. After watching this powerful video on my secure website, please share it with others
