This may be my last article. “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith” (II Timothy 4:7). It has been a beautiful journey watching Christ make me into a new creation one step at a time (II Corinthians 5:17). I would not trade this life for anything in the world. God is good all the time. I look forward to a new heaven and a new earth where I will be completely free from the old sin nature. I look forward to a time when Satan and the powers of darkness will no longer attack God’s precious children. I look forward to seeing all of my friends and family who have walked the path of righteousness and have followed Christ every moment of every day. What a glorious day that will be for all eternity. Listen to God’s Prophetic Voice
There are many voices in the world speaking one thing, then another. To hear God’s still small voice all other voices must be shut out, including the voices in our own heads. The whole world, both East and West, is designed by Satan to keep you from hearing God’s still small voice. It is designed to keep you from hearing God’s prophetic voice. There is no accident that every country has social media platforms, news outlets, and thousands of popular websites to keep you from hearing God’s voice. There is no accident that every country has movies, internet games, and streaming videos to keep you so occupied that you cannot hear God’s still small voice. The world is being overcome and overwhelmed by the spirit of Antichrist and his false prophet. They are purposefully leading humanity to chase after every new conspiracy theory, half-truth, and outrageous lie, which keeps them from hearing God’s prophetic voice. Furthermore, they are leading humanity to draw forth their own conclusions based on what they have observed in the world. In a sense, nearly everyone has become their own prophet by completely ignoring God’s prophetic voice. We must listen to the still small voice of God (I Kings 19:11-12). Extreme Danger on the Horizon
If we see danger and don’t sound the alarm, then we shall be held accountable by our Lord (Ezekiel 33:3-9). I have been greatly grieved that many Christians have arisen and cast a serious accusation against other believers in Christ by stating that they are not really Christians. We know from God’s Word to do such a thing is the same thing as calling them a fool, putting them in danger of hell fire (Matthew 5:22). History teaches us that most all the persecutions against Christians have come from others claiming to be Christians, excluding the persecution by Muslims. Although this is a common practice among many Christians in our day when someone slightly disagrees with their theology, it becomes a greater concern when an entire movement or people are being targeted as not being Christians. When thousands of mostly white evangelical Christians are being targeted for their beliefs about the political establishment, then we should all be concerned. Although this targeting may only be towards “Christian Nationalism,” it could very easily spill over to other Christians who have similar beliefs about the political establishment. Although I am personally not involved in this political movement, I still hold to some of their beliefs, which I have been preaching for many years. Continue reading Extreme Danger on the Horizon
A Voice Crying in the Wilderness
The Bible says, “The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God” (Isaiah 40:3). Most are not what they appear to be. When Christ comes back their masks will be removed, and everything will be revealed. Are you truly ready for that day? Remember, God looks at your heart, your mind, and your soul. He looks at your memories and your every thought that you ever had. He looks at how you spend your days chasing after one opinion and then another. He is fully aware of how much time you have spent on social media, YouTube, entertainment, and your relentless searches on the internet. He knows everything about you as you stand before the King of Glory waiting to be judged for everything that you have done in the body (see II Corinthians 5:10). Now, tell me again that you are ready for His glorious coming in the clouds. The Bible says, “And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 3:2). So, let’s talk about getting ready for the coming of Christ who will rapture up the pure Body of Christ, to be caught up to meet Him coming in the clouds. This is a topic we don’t want to quickly pass over. We need to take our time to ensure that we will be ready when Christ returns. Continue reading A Voice Crying in the Wilderness
Satan’s Surreptitious Drive to Globalization
Someone who has grown up in the West, and specifically in America, with certain inalienable rights along with the freedom to prosper financially with hard work and determination, is likely to find this article difficult to read. Any person who has fond memories of public education that always started with the pledge of allegiance to one nation under God and a prayer to the Christian God recognized by all, will find it difficult. A person who grew up in quieter times with front porches, friendly neighbors, and big Sunday meals with the whole family around the same table is discovering that those days are now far behind us. Although we had our occasional hooligan, bomb shelters, and the civil rights movement, generally it was the best of times when the rest of the world seemed distant. Except for a few diplomats and some far-flung missionaries, most only saw foreign countries as a nice place to visit. Well, in the past sixty years everything has changed, not all at once, but one step at a time where most didn’t recognize it. Some, now, are beginning to wake up and wonder how did we get here? Have we entered a different reality that is literally pulling itself apart or is this Satan’s surreptitious drive to globalization? Continue reading Satan’s Surreptitious Drive to Globalization
