Revelation Revealed in an Epiphany

I have studied the book of Revelation and taught its truths for 45 years. I have also written and published three books on its timeless truths. Today I will be presenting an amazing overview of the revelation that I received from the hand of God in what I have called an epiphany. I am not certain if I was caught up, had a theophany, or had an epiphany, but I am certain that it was different from anything that I have ever experienced before. For many years I have heard the still small voice of God through the indwelling Spirit, but this last experience was totally different. Typically, the indwelling Spirit will give us the correct words to say or write at a given moment in time. The Holy Spirit can also help us see the depth of Biblical doctrine and have a clearer understanding of Biblical prophecy. We can build our doctrine over time, developing a larger picture of God’s past, present, and future dealings with humanity. However, we don’t often get the big picture all at once, including all of time, which is understandable because we live in the here and now. We live in the present. On the other hand, Christ said that He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning, and the end (Revelation 22:13). He is not locked into time but sees it all, the past, present, and future all at the same time. Continue reading Revelation Revealed in an Epiphany

Your God is Too Small

As we survey the majesty of the heavens, with what we can see with our own eyes and the eyes of scientific achievement, we stand amazed at the largeness of our Creator who holds all things together. Although we cannot truly understand this truth with our finite minds, we do accept it on faith believing that someday we will fully understand. For now, all we can do is trust that our Father in heaven will give us what we need when we need it. We are fully aware of this great quest of the scientific community. We know they long for the answers to their many questions that we have already known and accepted through faith. As they spend billions of dollars to examine the universe, they will be left with more questions than answers because their finite minds cannot and will not be able to comprehend the majesty of the heavens with all its profound secrets that are way beyond their wildest imaginations. All of their brilliant calculations, even with the help of AI, will be unable to add up the magnitude of everything in the universe, seen and unseen, that’s divinely working together. They can produce amazing images from infrared that they claim can go almost back to the beginning of the universe picturing a vast number of star systems, but it still only represents one grain of sand in comparison to the whole universe. Shelter in Place an Enigma in Disguise

With all the evil things in the world today, we hear a lot about “shelter in place.” Every time there’s a mass shooting or a disaster we usually hear this refrain and we all know what to do. Don’t move from the area, take cover, and remain silent. We are not meant to fight back, but hide. For many, if not most, it’s the loneliest time in their life. You are left completely alone with your fears, your anxiety and the unknown. The dark daunting unknown. Almost anything these days could cause us to shelter in place, from mass shootings to natural disasters; and, from martial law to a nuclear attack as we hear it over the loud speakers or on emergency radios. Yet, this is an enigma in disguise, because where is the real shelter? You are hiding, hunkered down, behind an unlocked door or in your home, but where is the real shelter? Where is the solace, or the comfort that everything is ok? For those in the world there is no real shelter. Shelter in place is an enigma, but for the believers it should be different. Let me show you how. Continue reading Shelter in Place an Enigma in Disguise
